Overview
Goodwill of Houston is a charitable organization that’s served the Greater Houston Area since 1945 as a trusted name in the field of non-profits. They offer career counseling, skills training, and job placement opportunities as well as thrift shopping and donation centers.
Design Solution
The old website felt outdated, didn’t highlight the services they offer and was hard to navigate. After collaborating with the client, we defined the structure and main services. For a better user experience, I highlighted the main areas for easy access on the homepage and added a mega navigation to organize their services enabling users to navigate the website easily. I incorporated their vibrant brand colors and right imagery to make it friendly and inviting while keeping a simple clean look. Working with our development team, we integrated a better solution for their store locator that is more visually appealing and easy to use. The new website now serves as a powerful tool for Goodwill Houston to showcase their services and engage with their target audience effectively.
